1. Fruits. Choose fruits that are soft to eat, such as bananas, berries, and watermelons. You can prepare them fresh or can be added to smoothies and milkshakes.
2. Moist Foods. The way you prepare the dish should also be considered. You can mash, mince, grind, chop, or puree the food to make its texture moist and easier to chew.
